77:40

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ۝40

Woe, that Day, to the deniers.

77:41

إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى ظِلَـٰلٍ وَعُيُونٍ۝41

Indeed, the righteous will be among shades and springs

77:42

وَفَوَٰكِهَ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ۝42

And fruits from whatever they desire,

77:43

كُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ هَنِيٓـًٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ۝43

[Being told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do."

77:44

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ۝44

Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.

77:45

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ۝45

Woe, that Day, to the deniers.

77:46

كُلُوا۟ وَتَمَتَّعُوا۟ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكُم مُّجْرِمُونَ۝46

[O disbelievers], eat and enjoy yourselves a little; indeed, you are criminals.

77:47

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ۝47

Woe, that Day, to the deniers.

77:48

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرْكَعُوا۟ لَا يَرْكَعُونَ۝48

And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow.

77:49

وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ۝49

Woe, that Day, to the deniers.

77:50

فَبِأَىِّ حَدِيثٍۭ بَعْدَهُۥ يُؤْمِنُونَ۝50

Then in what statement after it [i.e., the Qur’ān] will they believe?
