الشعراء
26:71
قَالُوا۟ نَعْبُدُ أَصْنَامًا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَـٰكِفِينَ71
Saheeh International · english
They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."
26:72
قَالَ هَلْ يَسْمَعُونَكُمْ إِذْ تَدْعُونَ72
Saheeh International · english
He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate?
26:73
أَوْ يَنفَعُونَكُمْ أَوْ يَضُرُّونَ73
Saheeh International · english
Or do they benefit you, or do they harm?"
26:74
قَالُوا۟ بَلْ وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا كَذَٰلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ74
Saheeh International · english
They said, "But we found our fathers doing thus."
26:75
قَالَ أَفَرَءَيْتُم مَّا كُنتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ75
Saheeh International · english
He said, "Then do you see what you have been worshipping,
26:76
أَنتُمْ وَءَابَآؤُكُمُ ٱلْأَقْدَمُونَ76
Saheeh International · english
You and your ancient forefathers?
26:77
فَإِنَّهُمْ عَدُوٌّ لِّىٓ إِلَّا رَبَّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ77
Saheeh International · english
Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds,
26:78
ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَنِى فَهُوَ يَهْدِينِ78
Saheeh International · english
Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me.
26:79
وَٱلَّذِى هُوَ يُطْعِمُنِى وَيَسْقِينِ79
Saheeh International · english
And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink.
26:80
وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ80
Saheeh International · english
And when I am ill, it is He who cures me
